Who Pays for the service

We reimburse you once you submit your invoices or paid receipts for your legal fees, home inspection and appraisal cost. (up to $2000 per transaction)

We charge a 25% referral fee to your realtor which we then use to help pay for the closing costs described in this brochure. We also use a portion of our finders fees from the lenders.
We then reimburse you at your closing or funding date directly through your lawyer.
