How does the program work

You need to contact an associate with Verico Maximum Mortgages Inc as your first step.
You then will be qualified for the program and pre-approved for your new mortgage.
You are then introduced to a realtor that is qualified to work with this program.

You can use your own realtor but they must first agree to all the terms of the Mortgage Benefit Program.
You can use your own lawyer or one of ours qualified through our program.

What does the program cover?

The Purchase/Sell Program

An Initial mortgage review FREE
Lawyers Fee up to $1300
Home Inspections up to $400
Appraisal Fees up to $300.
TOTAL SAVINGS (estimated) $2000.00  Maximum amount is $2000 on each real estate deal

The Refinance Program

The initial mortgage review FREE
A $400 Credit will be advanced to lawyer on funding.
TOTAL SAVINGS $400.00  Maximum amount for refinance is $400.00

In all cases the fees will be reimbursed to you once you submit your paid invoices or bills for the legal fees, appraisal fees and home inspection fee.

You are responsible for paying these fees upfront We will reimburse these fees once you receive our referral fee from the realtor and from your new mortgage lender. They pay us and we reimburse you. We have to wait for these payments. It normally takes 1 to 10 days from your possession date or funding date.

VMMI associate will do their very best to obtain the best rate possible for your new mortgage through a variety of lenders.

We use lenders from across the country when searching for the best rate and terms for your mortgage.
